Eggnog Pound Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant pudding & pie filling
3/4 cup eggnog
3/4 cup oil
4 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggnog and oil. Beat on low speed until moistened. Add eggs and nutmeg, beat on medium-high for 4 minutes.

Pour into prepared 10-inch bundt or tube pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.


NOTES : This is a wonderful holiday cake. So easy to prepare and the taste is wonderful.
