Fudge Sauce

1 large can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine milk, sugar and chocolate in top of double boiler. Cook until blended and smooth, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Beat until smooth and shiny.


NOTES : Wonderful over ice cream
