Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

1 head cauliflower
2 stalks broccoli
1/4 cup green onion -- sliced
1 pound bacon -- fried crisp
6 ounces mozzarella cheese -- diced
6 ounces cheddar cheese -- diced
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small flowerets. You want the chunks to be about the size of your small fingernail. Add cheese and onions and stir well. Crumble bacon and set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix into the vegetables and add bacon before serving.
