Broccoli Quiche

1 package Knorr Leek soup mix
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half

Combine first 5 ingredients and put in unbaked shell. Mix together eggs and half and half and pour on top. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Let set 15 minutes and serve.



NOTES : This is the best quiche I have tasted. So easy and it always turns out great. I usually double in and make two. I love to have this left over.
