2 pounds frozen corn
3/4 cup cream
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons sugar
Cook corn according to package directions. In small saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar and salt together and slowly add cream. Cook until slightly thickened and pour over cooked corn. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
NOTES : This is the best corn - tastes like fresh corn cut off the cob. Can be made ahead of time and reheated in the microwave, if you are crunched for time.
