1 med. head cauliflower -- broken into florets
1 pound bacon -- cooked and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese -- cubed small
1 medium green pepper -- chopped
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
24 teaspoons sugar
In a large bowl combine cauliflower, bacon, cheese, green pepper and onion. Combine the mayonnaise and sugar; spoon over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
NOTE: You want the cauliflower to be broken into small florets. You also want the cheese cubed the same size. Onion and green pepper should be finely chopped.
NOTES : This is a wonderful side dish to take to a potluck - really tasty.
