8 ounces linguini pasta -- refrigerator type
1 pound salad shrimp
2 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
8 each green onions -- thinly sliced
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
3/4 cup reduced fat sesame ginger salad dressing -- Newman's
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water, put into a large bowl. Add the shrimp, coleslaw mix, onions and cilantro. Add dressing to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serving Ideas : I toasted some sesame seeds to sprinkle on top before serving. Also I felt the salad needed a little more dressing after setting for a while, the noodles soaked it up.
NOTES : Carol makes really good salads and this is different and really good.
